She has discovered clay in California and fell in love with the medium.
Coming out of school in the year 2000, she has concentrated herself with vase forms and narrow necks as well as big vases. She likes simple forms that are quite classical. Besides that she makes anything for the enjoyment of the table: plates & bowls, teapots & teacups & coffee cups. All of which are in bright colours.
Technical information: all the pieces are thrown at the potter's wheel. When a piece is almost dry, a coloured slip is applied with a brush. It is then fired at 980°C, and a second time at 1050°C. She uses an electric kiln for her work.
